hard to restart after warmed up... timing???

I am helping a friend of mine who has a '92 RS with a 383 tpi motor. He is using accel's computer and software calmap. The motor cranks slowly and finally restarts after be warmed up. We have tried to manually adjust the timing but this did not help. how much should I change the timing in the program to fix this?

I am new to programing so all help is wecome.

Increase the Cranking PW vs Coolant Temp.

Also, the starter may be suffering from heat soak if the engine cranks really slow (when warm) and you have a good battery/electrical system.
