wow after i finally got diacom to work(thanks glenn and rinda) makes a 2k$ snap on scanner look silly :-) almost real time data and im loving..now just need a chance to go thru all the features so i can just hit record and drive till i run out of memery :-)

Anyone else here have any type of problems downloading tunercat and beng able to open it? i did pay and dowloaded tc and the $8D bin and i cannot open tc, it says invalid archive?
opinions anyone? i have also redownloaded tc with the same results :-( its my missing link right now to prom burning and im going crazy trying to get everythign to work for me

The normal procedure is you download TunerCat (it's free for the first 30 days) and install it. This should allow you access the "basic" $42.TDF (which is included for free when you download). You do need to "select" the "42_ECM" under the "ECM" Menu and an 42 type BIN to use it.

To use $8D, you must open the "zip file" TunerCat e-mailed you. And copy ALL files into C:\Program Files\TunerCat\Tuner Directory. Then if you have a 8D type BIN like AUJP1615 (go to www.diy-efi.org to get a copy), you should be open it once you select the ECM Menu to "8D_ECM".

If this isn't working, something if weird and you should contact TunerCat immediately. You don't even need to enter your password until your 30 days has expired.
