I have the values screen up & Im looking at the fan turn on temp. Why does the Deg F start at -4.26 & the raw hex reads 20 ??? It would seem that the start up for the fan in stock condition would be closer to 220 deg. F Why is WINBIN so dificult to use? Most of the values dont make much sense!

Which mask (.ecu) file are you using to read your bin?

Yeah, make sure you're using the right mask. If you're using WinBin, I'm guessing you're using the 6E mask, which is good for ARAP & 89-series code. If your BIN is from 86-88, you'd have to use the 32 or 32B ECU file. But you'd be well advised to use the 6E with an ARAP-type BIN.

WinBin is free, so that makes its author less motivated to make it 'friendly'. Once you get used to it though, it's very easy. It takes some doing to figure out what means what though, even with TunerCat & the like.
