What kind of PROM changes should I make?

I installed a 52mm throttle body with a hypertech airfoil, and it has seemed to lost some power.

My combo is:

-AS&M large tube runners
-fully ported plenum
-Edelbrock manifold
-SLP CAI
-modified maf
-SLP cat back exhaust
-24# matched injectors w/AFPR
-10" non-lockup 2500 stall converter
-stock 3.27 gear
-Stock heads,cam,exhaust manifolds

I do have SLP 1 3/4 headers in the garage waiting to be installed. I adjusted the TPS and IAC. Timing is at 12 degrees.

I am thinking there is too much air coming in and not enough flow for it to come out.

I'll be going to the track this week. I did not get another baseline with the new mods with the 48mm T/B.

I plan on getting AFR 190 heads and a cam next winter. I am trying to do things now so I don't to make more changes later.

Any input?

Thanks!

Definately your exhaust is a huge limiting factor. Good choice on the SLP headers, I hope you'll be installing a catback with them. Have you made any changes to the prom at all or are you still running completely stock?

I have the SLP catback already. I'm still running the stock PROM. I used to have an SLP stage 2 chip, but I took it out and lost it.

The headers are going in next month. I have to get them Jet-Hot coated first.

Do you have a scanner?
If you do look at your "knock retard" I would guess w/12 degrees
initial on a stock prom you are probably getting detonation
retard causing you to lose HP.
