speed doesn't matter, any speed is fine.
I generally get *pulls*, that is used ones. You bend enough pins that in the long run none last for 10,000 reburns anyway.
The best answer is Craig Moates 8 posistion switcher, so you can use the 29C256 EEPROMS. Granted more initially but saves erasing the proms all the time.
