8d Calibration question

At what address is the Shift light RPM stored at?

My Tuner Cat TDF does not have a setting to change it

EDIT

I found this..

This is the info I have:

LC290: FCB 128 ; 56C, (132f) COOL THRES FOR L.U.

; OR SHIFT LIGHT

;==============================================

; E LIGHT PARAMS

;

;==============================================

LC2ED: FCB 120 ; 50C, (122F) MIN FOR LIGHT ENABLE

LC2EE: FCB 47 ; 47 MPH MIN FOR LIGHT ENABLE

LC2EF: FCB 0 ; 0 TPS MIN FOR LIGHT ON

LC2F0: FCB 0 ; 0 LV8 MIN FOR LIGHT ON

LC2F1: FCB 56 ; 1400 RPM THRES FOR LIGHT

LC2F2: FCB 208 ; 5200 RPM FORCE LIGHT ON

so it should work

Those codes are for the MAF bin, not SD $8D. Go get the $8D hack from ECM GUY's website.

I have it, but could not find the Shift Light info. Does not matter anyway, I found my Cluster does not have a shift light on it

Do a search on "Light" and "Lite", it should pop up.

A while back I attempted to make my shift light work on my L98 - I even FORCED it with a code change. But it would not come on.

I believe there isn't even a wire lead off the connector for the shift light (separate pin for Manuals off the 7730 ECM vs Auto).

On MAF cars, autos and manuials use the saem wire lead but your harness is then either wired to the Shift Light if it's a manual or to the TCC if it's an auto.

When I get a chance to look at my harness, I will confirm whether there is even a wire lead for the shift light for an auto car. But somewhere in my travels, I recall that there is not.

This is another reason to start with a 305 5-speed rather than a 350 auto car if you goal is to have a "big inch" manual tranny car. The 305 5-speed is already set up properly, right down to the Shift Light.

I think this is right for $8D

A3 = Force light on, stock = 3125 ?
B3 = Min rpm for 1st gear shift light, stock = 2700
C5 = Min rpm for 2nd gear shift light, stock = 1575
D7 = Min rpm for 3rd gear shift light, stock = 2200
E9 = Min rpm for 4th gear shift light, stock = 2075
