So now I am collecting data.. what next???

Please remember, I am brand new to this.. I have read over the tutorials on this and other sites several times, and I am sure I missed a bunch of stuff, but figured I would post some questions here. I have a 1992 Corvette LT1, which I am trying to tune. Right now, it is pretty much bone stock, and I am just going to play with some chips to get used to what changes what, before I install my heads and cam in a few weeks.

I just finished up my ALDL cable, and got it working with my car.. Suddenly I have LOTS of numbers to look at, and I understand what some of it is, but am a bit deficient in some areas.

First off, what do I want to see in a "good" tune??? One thing I have seen posted here a lot is BLM = 128 is good. Are there other values that I need to be looking at, or is BLM kind of the tell all sign of a bad tune??

Now that I see my BLM values, what do I start changing to get them better??? I am looking at Datamaster results, and it plots a little plot of where the BLM is rich or lean.. Do I look at the corresponding values in the spark table and fuel tables in Tunercat, and try to modify those values to get a better BLM??

Basicaly, now that I have all the techy stuff working (laptop, cable, chip burner, etc..) and have a bunch of data.. where do I start???

Well, since it is on a stock chip, on a stock motor, I think everything is "ok" in terms of programming (not that I couldnt get a little more out of it). I am more looking at, what do I do when I put in my new heads and cam.. what are, generally, the things to look for/edit.
