Deleting Cold Start Valve
Hello.
I recently have deleted the CSV from my '87 Corvette and am now getting long crank times as expected for the first start of the day when the coolant is cooler than 100 degrees when the CSV would be active. Any other start is instant.
The stock BIN is ABTB/0135 on a '165 ECM.
The CSV was removed in 1989 and I am wondering if anybody knows of how to reprogram for this change in the ECM.
This is all I know.....
...ok, so where would I look and does anyone have an idea on values to compensate? Stock 22# injectors.
Thank you.

In 1989 the cold start injector was deleted. The calibrator provides a wider pulse width on startup to provide a richer mixture for a cold engine.
Thank you.
the 89 up bins use a crank fuel multiplier to richen it up for starting. I am using a newer bin with the cranking fuel vs engine temp to add fuel. Not sure if there is a similar adjustment in the $32 tables, as the newer one is a $6e. Maybe try using an 89 or newer bin.
