Cags

I'm changing over from 32B to 6E code in my '86. Problem is that my manual transmission uses the TCC output to control the overdrive (Y body wierdness). 6E code for the manual uses TCC for the CAGS (Do F cars have CAGS?) Anyway, the OD was kicking on whenever I got aggressive with 1st gear, so I did some hacking to turn off CAGS/TCC/OD altogether. Thought some here might find the results interesting. Turns out that changing the byte at $C8DE from a 5 to a 4 defaults to no CAGS/TCC/OD (at least in the APYP bin). This might be a good addition to the 6E WinBin ECU file if it is true in general, and assuming it's a good idea to use WinBin to change code (can of worms?). Bit 0 would be 1=CAGS enabled, 0=CAGS disabled.

Thoughts?
