ESC enable

ok in winbin the is a value for "minimum mph for esc enable", it is set at 2 mph, i didnt change that. ok i have a 6 speed and since my car has a cable driven speedo it obviously doesnt read anything when i am moving, so does this mean that the esc is never enabling? this is probably a newb question buti figured i would ask. also should i change this value to zero mph since i dont have a working speedometer?

Edit: ok now i see the value for Min RPM for ESC, so did i just answer my own question?

Fix the speedo.
Set it to 0, and be prepared for alot of head scratching. Maybe not immediately, but chances are it will bite you.
