Just out of the blue my PP2 started giving me a fault.

Heres a screen shot of what it says

any ideas?

I've already removed both manually and auto the software and reinstalled and have been using the PP2 on this computer for a long long time with no problems

 

I have never seen this. I would fire that off to Xtronics and see what they say. Possibly a new version of the software would help.

I suggest make sure NOTHING else is running, including any anit-virus programs. It may be a conflict between programs.

 

I've seen reference to a "rich edit" error on the mickeysoft site, might want to check that out too.
