Any ARAP experts?

I'm having a problem with this bin file and just can't figure it out.

I'm currently using the AWBT bin and it works fine (reversed the fans for my car). I have been trying to get the ARAP to run on my car and it works but not when the engine is hot. The engine refuses to start until it has cooled down again. When started cold/cool it runs fine and idles like a dream (a tad lean but still good). I have checked for fault codes and found none, hooked the timing light to a few plug wires while cranking the engine and get good steady pulses from it and I have hooked up an injector/harness connector and checked for injector pulses while cranking and that is fine too. It doesn't smell like it is getting too much gas while cranking and yet it never attempts to fire off.

The car is an 85 IROC with a 350 transplant, accel 24# injectors, stock TPI setup, and rewired for the 165 ECM.
I just can't understand why it has no problem with starting with the AWBT bin but won't hot start with the ARAP.
Anyone with suggestions?

Try a compare between the awbt aqnd the arap you're using in the tables-crank fuel pulse width and crank fuel pw multiplier vs pulse width (1-16).

I thought of that but couldn't find the crank PW on the AWBT, so I just jacked up the PW vs Coolant temp and cranking PW a bit, now it starts hot. Also had to give it lots of fuel via the injector constant.

The timing on the ARAP is off the wall .. You should try tpi_roc's tame version of ARAP, which has the AUJN timing tables.

Timing seems fine, the car runs like a top. I'll look into timing issues as I progress , the total timing in ARAP is the same as the AWBT which ran the car fine. My problem was strictly hot starting, I simply was not getting enough fuel with the stock ARAP settings for hot cranking. I really didn't expect there to be that big a difference between the two in that one area.
