Runs hot

I have noticed that my engine runs warmer than I think it should.
I have a 160* thermostat, Set the fans to both come on at around 165-170*, and still the temp climbs to around 200-210 degrees. I have the timing set to 8* intial and have not yet altered an of the fuel or timing tables. Should the car run this hot even though the fans ARE coming on? Maybe I need to upgrade my dinky stock radiator? Any thoughts?

By the way its a 92 z28 with a 383 with aluminum heads and aluminum water pump, if its of any consequence to a solution.

I think 200-210 is pretty good. Thats where I usually have my car run. But to answer your question. I think a bigger radiator is going to be the answer if you want it to run cooler. It sounds like your current one is maxxed out.
