WinBin saving problems (Error 75)

I can seem to get the program to save my bin, I keep getting this message (run-time error '75' path/file access error) now I tried this on my cousins computer running windows 98 and on my new laptop running win 95 both having the same problems. Any idea what I'am doing wrong?

Well I just found out what my problem was, when I copied the bins off my CD they were set on read-only and not archive mode under properties.
