the credit goe to tunercat. they have an updated TDF file for those who would like even more things to tweak.also they added the manual automatic logic. i think there is lots more hiding in the code. guy if you dont have tunercat your missing out.the new file is 182k vs the older 163k the new file has cylinder select, tranny logic,( which may explain starnge idle problems) highway spark mode, and lots of other goodies. i only asked for a few new things they sent my something better then the $6e. im thirlled and if you have tunercat get your updates.

Yep, I second that Kudos to TC. They have been sending me updated TDFs to the $32B and $6E. They put in everything that I have asked for. Got it to me in 2 days or less. Great company to work with.
They just added the min TCC enable temp in the $6E tdf. Only setback with the $32B is no highway mode fuel. The setback with the $6E is that it only uses the calculated method for fuel delivery.
Touch decisions to make!

well i wouldnt really worry to much about highway fuel mode. how much gas can you really save ?? careful tunning with spark would probobaly turn up better gas milage anways. anyhow i just asked them for the little things and i got a whole new tdf. much better. i prefer the 32 32b i cant stand the ecm thinking for itslef on fuel. id rather tell it. i just wonder if theres a way to work with the actuall maf input ?? becuase its got to be measuring more than just airspeed. its got to get a value for air temp as well to arrive at incoming flow. im not having trouble runnign bigger maf housings i would just like the extra teakability should the need ever arise.

Couple miles per gallon, at least. Thats what I have been getting, and I havent gone crazy on how lean I'm running it, just a little bit. I wouldnt think there is that much code to set that up though, for someone who has the ability to do so.
As for the MAF, yea there are other things it could read but doesnt. All it sends to the ecm is a voltage signal thats translated to airflow. Thats the only out on the MAF, so without doing some serious rework of the stock piece, or finding a different one that would work with the factory ecm, you're SOL.

Well actually if you read some older posts by Glenn, he made some big gains with gas milage using highway mode fuel. But I think he uses a speed density system. I am not so sure about highway spark increasing milage.
I definitely notice when I'm in highway mode fuel. AFR gage goes way lean, learn control off, etc. But unfortunately for me, I don't drive alot of highway miles. I haven't really noticed any measurable gains in milage. But I did just change gears this summer, from 2.77s to 3.73s, and I didn't loose that much milage.
So maybe I am better off using that $32B tdf, with the lookup table for fuel delivery. Too bad I didn't really learn about it until recently. Soon I will be parking my ride for the winter, unable test out new proms.
But I am definetly leaning towards using that method of fuel delivery. Just adjust the table up or down where you need it, to get BLMs tight?
