HELP !!! PP-II prom burning problem

Did try to find an answer with search but came up with no straight answers.
I'm new at this and this is my first try !!! I have AT29C256 Flash prom from Craig Moates and just received my PP-II today.

The problem is that I can burn the prom with any of the bins I have but when I try to read it with tunercat all the tables have "0" everywhere.(no values at all)

I did select the proper prom with PP-II version 1.52 then I go to Load Buffer to get my bin from a folder (AXCN for 730 8D) Then go to Program device, after a few second I have Device Verified to Buffer on my screen.

Then I go Move Device to transfer the data from the prom to the buffer then to Save Buffer, change the name of the file to AXCN_test. When I open the new bin file with tunercat all the tables have no value what's wrong ????

The prom is inserted the right way the programmer ( half moon facing the zif socket handle).

What am I doing wrong ?????

OK I tried it on my main computer and it works, now the problem is with laptop only. So I guess there is some setting that need to be change or something like that.

I know in the read me file they say that I need to turn off any power management, and remove any device drivers in the Config.sys but I'm really not sure what I'm supposed to do and where to go to see those files.

Nevermind, I got it to work on my laptop, I found where was the config.sys setup and disabled everything.
(not easy when the instructions are in english and the computer is in french).
