OK I think I have it the scaler is the last entry in that table. Now lets say at idle my scaner is showing 15g/s.15g/s is in the second table would it be better to change the the first table to 0-15 g/s so the first table would be used?

Say your reading lean at 15 g/s.
What you'd want to do is find where that is in your existing table.
And increase that entry.
The g/s reading is the ecm telling you where in the calibration it's looking for figuring out the fuel.
