Winaldl Problems

So check this out. I plugged in the cable and all it did was make my check engine light come on and flash rapidly. And i didn't get any data to the computer. Any suggestions?

If your light flashed rapidly then you put it into one of the diagnostic modes, field service mode. Your wiring is messed up in the cable somewhere.
