i just downloaded winbin and i went to open the setup file which there are two of
when i open the Setup.lst' file i get a popup that says "this file doesnt have a program associated with it for performing this action, create an association in my computer by clicking view and then clicking folder options"
well i went to folder options and i tried to make a new registered file type to associate the Setup.lst' file with the other setup file but i just cant seem to get anything to work and i cant get WINBIN to setup at all

if anyone has any kind of input on this please help me out
