Gonna burn my chips

Need a recommendation on eeprom. i want to use the eeprom and was wondering which one to get and where. I have a 91 z-28 and it has that hypertech chip adapter in it. Now I have winaldl, winbin, gonna get the pocket programmer from xtronics, gonna get a cable to hook up my laptop to the car. As far as I read this is all i need right? or am i missing something.

tHE (90PC) Only stands for the speed of the prom,pretty much any speed you find will be faster than the ecm ,so no need to worry about that.
90 = 90 NANO SECONDS
12 = 120 ""
