1228746 ecm

I have looked everywhere for an ECU file for the 1228746 ECM for TBI 305s and have come up empty. Does anyone know where i can find one or if i can use one from say a 747 or 730 ECM and be able to run Winbin or GMecmedit(from Mangus)? I have checked all the links from Traxions tech article on prom burning, and have searched hi and low all over the net. Please help me.

While not free Tunercat offers a editor for doing that ecm.

Bump come to shove, find a hac of the 8746, and then correct the locations in a 7747 .ecu file to reflect the changes.

Check out ftp://ftp.diy-efi.org/incoming
Look for 8746jonprevost.ecu
It's probably what you're looking for.

Thank you both for the input.

Jprevost

I could not find the ECU file you mentioned at
ftp://ftp.diy-efi.org/incoming/ . but since my new burner still hasn't come in I still have plenty of time to find it.

The reason it's not there is because some smart guy moved the file instead of copy . I re-uploaded it.
