diy-wide band 02

I have a couple of problems with my wide band o2 that maybe someone could solve. This is my third board I have put together I have not had a board work yet.
Yesterday I was doing some test and the board seemed to be working fine other than it took 3 min to warm up. I added resistors and the warmup time was a little better but still not under a minute. The other concern is this. Yesterday without the resisors the sensor would read 4.0 volts in free air. when I add resistors the voltage would increase to 4.08. Is it still acurate? Today I have a huge problem. Now the output reads 5 volts after the sensor warms up. Any help would be appreciated I would hate to have my third board be a failure.
Thanks

I did the troubleshoot tests found at diy-efi on the board. everything is ok according to the test. all of the voltages are correct. there places on the board that read 4 volts example one of the pins at r12 reads 4 volts. The output voltage reads 5.70 volts

well somthing happend because the board does not switch to 4 volts after it warms up. It will heat up at 2.46 volts and reamain at this voltage after the led comes on. I ran through the trouble shooting test again and evething checks out OK.
Any body have any ideas?

Check that your test power supply is at least 14 volts and capable of 2 amps. It sounds as though it may not be.

RBob.
