New ecm and an UNKOWN CHIP???

I just got a new 730 ecm off of ebay. It came with a map sensor, all pig tails and to my supprise, a chip. My question is that the chip is not a AJUP. It is a ATTA 6656? Does anyone know what this chip is for? I plan on flashing it soon. And of course, saving the bin! Thanks for the help!

It's for a 1990 3.1 v6 Corsica/Beratta with a 3sp Auto THM 125

I have no idea if it would work even if you reprogrammed it. I have several laying here from when I first started and I never tried it. Doing searches back then there were question about the knock sensor circuit, cylinder select being incorrect (which I read was hard wired into the circuit under the ESC circuit on the MEMCAL.

I bought two AUJP's when I swapped to a 730 SD ECM and have since moved on to Craig Moates adapters with flash PROM chips.

I just tried the new ecm and chip. It did not run at all! I put the stock chip in and it works great! Time for more testing.
