Hi, my buddy is putting a 92 TPI setup in his RS.. he is going from a auto to a 5speed and needs the VATS removed too. I have all the chip burning equipment and found a 92 5 speed 305 file for him "92TPI305m5.bin" ... i just need to remove the vats. I found the program GMECM and an ecu definition file "1227730_8d.ecu" and have it all loaded up but can't find the silly vats flag to disable as that's all we need right now. I would order the tunercat file but it takes a day to get here and I would like to do this for him today.. can anyone help? Is there another program I could use..?

Try using Winbin, It should have an ECU file to disable it.
