I know this is kind of weird, but I need to burn a few stock EROMS. I'm doing a motor swap on my RS (L03 to L98) and I need a L98 EPROM to get the motor running. Problem is, I dont know if the L98 is a 88 or a 89 so I dont know what chip to use (CSI and all). I planned to buy both and see what works. Nobody has any in stock right now at the 3rd gen graveyards, so it looks like my only option is to burn my own. I know DIY-EFI has base files you can use to make your own tune, but I was wondering if anyone has any stock EPROM datafiles? I checked the website but didnt find any 88 or 89 L98 specific datafiles. I want to burn a copy of stock 88 or 89 L98 EPROMS (VATS and one with CSI, one without CSI)? Anyone know where I can find the files? Or will they come with TunerCat when i buy the software?
