what bin should i start with w/ my mods
my mods are listed below, its a rebuilt lo5, im running the stock caprice chip right now ANLU. does anyone know of a better chip i should start with. i dont want to learn to tune on this chip when i could be starting with a better chip.

Once you try out ANLU see how the IAC stuff is. If it isn't to your liking it may be best to either got to a stick 305 bin or do a wholesale copy of the IAC parameters from a stick bin to yours.
At a minimum you should flip the option bit for tcc/shift light to shift light.

I did a build up very similar to yours, but started out with the vortec heads.
My car is a 91 RS 5 speed.
Since this was my first shot at chip programming I took a very straight-forward (IMO) approach.
I wound up using all settings from my stock chip (AXKW) except that I pulled the VE table(s) and spark table from the ANLU bin.
I felt like the spark and fuel tables in the ANLU were a little closer to what I needed. It took a little tuning on each of those tables but it is working very well now.
Eventually, I could have gotten to the same point with the stock fuel and spark tables, but it would have taken more time.
