I need a clue

I recently bought a programmer and I'm trying to do as much research as I can, although most of this is over my head so far. I was wondering if anyone has an opinion as to which of the editing programs were the easiest for NEWBIES like myself to understand. Thanks. 1991 Z28, 1LE, 350 with a fuel pressure regulator, air foil, 1000cfm throttle body, custom ground camshaft, edelbrock headers, 1.5 roller rockers, heads shaved .040, gasket mathed, a little porting, 2000 stall(lock up) fully maual valve body 700R4, with 3.23. Best time BEFORE the cam and head work, and the throttle body was 13.9@98mph. With my new mods I hope to get 13 flat, then I'll put it on the bottle. Thanks!:hail:
