Bog and pop from supercharged minirammed ZZ4
Bog and pop from supercharged minirammed ZZ4
I'm helping a fellow corvetteforum member with a supercharged minirammed ZZ4. Normal tip in throttle produces intake pops and bad stumbles.
I've read about the miniram intake stumble and backfire and tried to compensate with all kinds of AE tricks in 6E code. How little delta and what min TPS can I run before I start screwing up normal driving? I can't figure out if the supercharger intake restriction combined with the miniram just make tip in response impossible, or if I haven't thrown enough fuel at it yet or what. I actually threw more spark at it and it seemed to help, but I might need to pull spark out. Any ideas? Thanks

I generally run 1% TPS min, and haven't seen a reason to go under 4 on the delta load AE number.
Try ramping some timing out faster from the light to heavy load area.
