Reading the "limp home".bin. Where is located?
I'm thinking what about of start tuning the engine using the tables, values, constants, etc. from the "limp home mode" in order to improve this "stock" calibration & performance?. Or it could be a waste of time?
How can read this "bin file" located in the memcal?, ECM?, or where?.
Thanks for any suggestion.

True limp home mode, is done without use of the processor.
There is a redundant fuel devise, that is set by resistors, and is analog in nature, and the timing is fixed. So other then changing the netres, there is no programming to do.
You really don't want to start with a clean sheet of paper for doing a calibration. They take WEEKS and WEEKS of work to sort thru.
Find a calibration similiar to what you have, and start with that.
As you go along, you learn more and more, and further and further optimise what you do. Really getting a chip correct the first time can take ALOT of time. After 2-3 it gets easier and faster.
