Modded chips start only once

Modded chips start only once
A problem just started and I can't figure what caused it or how to fix it.
Using a 165 ECM, ARAP.BIN, 6E ECU - Have VATS OFF, FAN N/O checked. The car starts and runs fine. When I shut it off and try to start it again I get nothing but cranking (If I let it sit for a few minutes it will restart). If I put in the stock or hypertech (junk) prom the car runs fine. What really gets me is this just started, the modded chips ran fine a week ago.
I am using the memcal from the hypertech chip connected to moates adapter - is that ok? Have always been using it and didn't think it mattered as long as it was on there.

Look at your temprature on the scanner just before you shut down, try restarting the car. If it doesn't restart then edit your bin to add more fuel at the temp you were at on shut down and 3 "slots" above and below it.
I went through the same thing when I converted to 165 ECM and ARAP, cold starts were fine but hot restarts just didn't happen.
