Target IAC steps = 0..always?

I finally got my scanner hooked up a day or two ago and dont know what to make of some of this stuff.

right now im trying to get the idle down first

The target IAC steps is always 0.....does this mean I have a vaccum leak? The present steps are all over the place , but go between 17 and 26.

I have reset the IAC and the TPS according to the tech article.

Ok ,
At idle what are you showing in gear? between 17 - 26?

But you are showing (0) as target? I don't remember there being a target iac steps.

Just trying to understand more of what you are experiencing.
Does car idle and drive part throttle ok?
