VE table dips

My first log with Datamaster today was about half an hour long. I used the log with VE Master and burned a new chip. VE Master changed alot of cells and the car responded well. The second log and VE Master run netted fewer changes as expected. Both logs were with PE set to %85 as per Traxions instructions. I am getting ready to do my next run but have noticed a trend in the VE tables. The upper ranges (high load) of the tables have smaller values than the areas that VE Master modified. I am guessing I should manualy raise these to keep in line with a stock calibration. Am I on the right track here and should raise these values so the tables flow uniformly from low to high with RPM and load?

Yeah give it a try, its hard to data log at high rpms, I manually do the curve above 2600rpm.
