Strange BLM / Cell activity
While out tuning today I came across a wierd thing, First thing while highway cruising I noticed BLM's at 140 while intergrator
was 118 and was this way for like 5 or more seconds.. Meaning BLM was not comming down.
Then shortly after I made a WOT pass and noticed I was in cell 15 during ,and then again - ditto ,same cell @ WOT.
This is a 7730 by the way.
