ECM Relearn required when switching proms?
I have Craig's Adapter so I can stack bins. If I change programs (bins) do I have to/should I disconnect the power so the ECM will relearn?
I would get that I don't *have* to...but is it better to let it relearn with the new data, or is it only if certain values change?
I would imagine things not related to BLM and INT changing shouldn't require a relearn..
Any experiences?

I don't know whether bin-switching on Craig's adaptor dumps the RAM contents (and so the BLM's), but even if it doesn't, if you change crucial parameters like VE's and spark, the ECM will come up with different BLMs (and so obviously INTs).
Whether it matters that you erase the RAM or not depends on whether you're going to be running long enough to correct all the previously learned BLMs or not. I think it's easiest to be sure and so disconnect power to the ECM. If the change between the BINs is minor, then you're probably not going to worry about it.
My $0.02 worth.

On the BLM, the value is retained when it leaves a cell and the stored value is used when it enters that cell again, where it is recalculated and stored again. So, it only takes a short time for that to line itself out.
I wouldn't do any tuning based on those values unless I'd driven it a bit or just used some of the latter data in the scan.
