Starting troubles with new chip

I am new to chip burning and the first chip I did has worked fine accept for it takes a while for the engine to start weather the engines hot or cold. I have an 1987 iroc 305 tpi 5-speed car. I started with the 1989 AYAP.bin and ECU file from mangus's site. Made a few changes to the bin like lower the fan temps, cut the timing back some and turn off vats. What do I need to change in my bin to improve starting? I removed the cold start injector sometime ago which made it hard to start whent cold, but the 1989 programing should not use it anyway.

To get this problem sorted out you need to find this: Crank Fuel PW Multiplier vs. Ref. Pulse, In Winbin it is under the "arrays" tab. Once you have it selected you need to scroll down that table to the bottom. The first 8 slots will have a value of 0 in them, hit the "show in calculated values" button (if it has one on his prog) and replace the 0's with .3 or .5 in the first 8 slots, this should reduce your cranking time considerably.
