FWIW, you gotta watch doing that, lots of TCC aren't really designed to take much HP with the converter locked. I found this out the hard way.
please explain exactly what your trying to do with teh lockup points in genral ? do you want the converter to stay unlocked etc or what ? if you were a bit clearer im sure we could be of more assitance.

A better way is to use the TCC lock/unlock %TPS vs speed tables. Those are the ultimate way of tuning your TCC to never lockup under PE mode. Use these tables and just adjust the values that are above 75% TPS to unlock the tcc.

ok there a few things that have to be done.
first the force lock constant need to be moved to 120 mph etc etc etc
then the TCC unlock prevent RPM needs to be moved up to 6500rpm etc etc etc
then youll have to go into 2 of the 4 TCC tables.
tcc unlock % TPS vs MPH ( mid gear )
tcc unlock % tps vs MPH ( high Gear)
the basic GM strategy is to keep the converter on unless theres a reason for it to be off. so you most likely want to drop the unlock tps % down to say 75-80% or so and that will unlock it at WOT and keep it there.
thanx for clearing up what you intended. i just didnt want to give you an incomplete answer.
i dont think youll need to play with the engage speed constants unless youve got a bit of low RPM chugging due to a large cam etc.
