I purchased the $61 defintion file from tunercat.com, and did what they say to install it into the program. The program (tunercat) recognises the definition file, but when we try to open the .bin file, we get a message stating..." selected source file is either corrupted or an unrecognised file format" Anybody know what we are doing wrong? We really need to get the chip burned for the race track this weekend.

 

Did you get it in .zip form?.
If so you need to copy it to the tunercat folder and unzip it from there.
Might try coping the .bin to the tunercat file also.
