Pocket Programmer II burn time

Hey guys, I burned my first chip the other day, but have not gone home yet to try it in the car. The thing is, it burned in like 5-10 seconds. Is that how long it shold take? I just thought it would take longer for some reason and want to make sure it is right before I go and try to put it in the car when I go home and have it not work.

Thanks
Tim
