closed loop?

Under what conditions does it go into closed loop. I did my first dtatlog and noticed it wasn't in closed loop. I assume a 1 in the "forced open loop flag" column means it is in open loop.

my amateur guess is that if the coolant temp is high enough, mph over a threshold (2 mph??) and the 02 sensor up to temp and not in an accelleration it will go closed loop. if forced open loop that may be an issue! normal open loop and forced open not the same.
