No, you won't have to send half the signal to the injectors. If anythign you would need to send more because you're flowing more air, so you need more fuel. As for your running rough, well no suprise, the base calibration for a tpi 305 will be nowhere close to a tunnel ram 350. Especially since I would assume if it's tunnel rammed it's got heads, cam and exhaust done to it. Your best bet is gonna be to hook it up to an 02 (preferably WB) or EGT and find out where your A/F ratio is at, then tune your chip a little and check again. You're so far away from stock that it will probably take a while to get right, especially if you're new to chip tuning. Got scanning software and datalogging software? You'll want that as well. If it's from an 89 its a MAF car, do you have teh maf hooked up? If so do you have the air going to both throttle bodies hooked up to it or what? We really need some more info to get any kind of detailed answer for you, and the setup sounds cool some so pic's would be nice too

Thanks,
. You need to change the BPC in the BIN to match the new injector flow and engine displacement. That will get you started on the fueling issues. Then it is a matter of data logging and making calibration changes to the various bin tables. The search function is your friend.
