Broadcoast code decoder?

I remember there used to be a site here..

http://holman.cs.uml.edu/~sdurphey/bccfind

That would decode BCCs for you. Is there one out there still? I am trying to find out what ABTW & ABTC are.

On a side note if anyone has verified virgin copies of any Corvette BIN files from 1984-1996 I would greatly appreciate them. I'm trying to gather as many as I can.

Thank you greatly!

Yep, used to be.
Some guys had to try and make money off of someone else's work, so it disappeared.

Both those bins are from 88, L98 vettes, man trannies.

Well that surely sucks. Thanks for the info though. Are the differences in those two for the MK2 and MH5 overdrives?

Thanks again.

The ABTC appears to be for an 87 L98 Y-body, manual tranny, 3.07 rear and fed emissions while the ABTW appears to for the 88 (though the rest is the same).

I had to look twice, because I initially thought the ABTC was also an 88 until I noticed it's release date. Your eyes do go funny sometimes lookeing at this stuff.

I have an 87 L98 Y-body, manual tranny, 3.07 and fed emissions and the code is ABTB. But... I have the MK2 overdrive (0.68:1) where ABTC "might" be the other one which is MH5 overdrive (0.60:1).

Sorry, but that information is not given or differentiated on the ABTC. Do a binary compare to determine all the differences.

If you are just looking for a "base", it really isn't all that important as ultimately you will optimize the eprom for YOUR setup and any minor difference between ABTB or ABTC will be "tuned out".

Thanks. I've already got my base and have been tuning with it for a while now. I am just trying to collect all of the 4th generation corvette chips for future reference and people.
