I am getting false knock so i turned of the knock sensor diagnostic in the chip but it is still pulling timing and showing knock. do i just need to change the max knock retard per rpm and map in the chip to fix this or am i doing something else wrong

 

Knock retard vs. RPM in PE for WOT stuff. make zero.
Knock retard vs. map for others.
Though I may add it is better to fix Problem rather than disable.
But if you absolutely have to..there it is.

 

thank you. I thought that is what i should do but i wanted to make sure before i did it. I have been fighting this false knock for awhile now and I have given up.
