Open loop at idle

How can I deliberately make the ECM go into open loop at idle speed (even when fully warmed up)? I only have access to the CATS Tuner, but I can't see any options for this.

Set the coolant temp for closed loop to a very high value like 150*C. However, you will be in open loop all the time.

Which ecm do you have? There should definatly be an "if in idle, open loop." I thought there was this option for most of the ecms. If not, how hard could it really be to set the ecm into open loop whenever the idle flag is set.

It's a 7730 ECM. I looked all through the tables but couldn't find anything to do this.

if youve got the ve table the way you want it ust set the loe blm limit upto 128. that will stop it from pulling fuel but still keep the lean correction working
