Fan controls?

Engine: AMC 360 with GM TBI
Transmission: TF727 set for kill...let's get it on!!!
Fan controls?
I was looking at the $61 ECM the other night with the ANLU bin opened up when I noticed something that struck me as strange. The other ECMs and bins I have looked at have something in common...electric fan control. The 8746 doesn't have that. Is there a reason for this? Would it be possible to introduce a control for the fan into the ECM code?
