I've been reading and reading (3 months now) about BLM's, VE and how you should start with baby steps. Here's my current config and I need help with where to start. My car's mods:

1991 Z28 1LE w/ L98 350 700r4
Harland Sharp Roller rockers
Edelbrock TES ceramic headers
TPIS airfoil
TPIS ported plenum
SLP Siamese runners (TPIS ported also)
MSD 6AL ignition box
ATI P1SC 9lb blower
Crane adjustable fuel pressure reg
Ford 30# injectors.

I've ordered my ALDL cable and am using a pocket programmer 2 with tunerpro. Where should I start?

 

set BPW. make first correction at idle. go for a short drive on flat road with datalogging and correct for lean/rich in the many cells you populated. dont work on higher rpm / map till the base is looking better. i moved up to higher rpm/map slowly. i also adjusted the PE enable point so that it does not affect my datalogging by activating . not diable it just move the point of active.
