hey trax I tried your file it works great. with a little tweaking this is the one. things I changed: no vats, cooling fans on, prom id changed back to 0571.
Car is 1982 Buick regal ltd.
355, 200r4 trans. with a pretty mild cam
maf system, replaced left side runner with sd runner.
painless wiring harness.
Most of the knock counts are from the starter. (not all)
log is from cold soak to cooling fans on and a few throttle burps inbetween. My ignition wires are crap as well, I found them lying around the shop. If anybody has any questions please ask. But remember I'm still learning. The file is at craigs place, under cat. #6. file is called "second try.uni".
