DataMaster Fuel-Air-Value ????? GRUMPY ???

Hey guys,

What is the meaning of the Datamaster Fuel-Air-Value?

My readings are ALWAYS something like:

445
508
401

Etc,etc.
Always a three digit number....
I thought it should be something like 14.7

What's up with this??

It is the raw value as used by the ECM. Convert it using this:

AFR = 6553.6 / VAL

or you can download the beta version of datamaster and it'll convert a/f value to a/f ratio, provided you are using SD...

fuel air value=a/f ratio

THANKS GUYS !!!!!!!!!

I have already gotten the 8D Beta and noticed the AF value in there made a LOT more sense than the 3.4.1 Version I'm using.

Had no idea how to convert it to something meaningful.

Thanks again!!!
