Ve table range

I'm currently adjusting my lower VE table and have alot of "high" values from the middle to upper portion.
Would it be best to adjust my inj constant to bring the table values lower or just keep going and hope I don't run out of headroom?
I think I'm running 22# with 49 psi rail pressure(confirmed) recalculated to 26# in the bin.

I also have IAT of 130's all the time with my K&N stuck on the TB.
I know I could really use a cold air setup but do not have a way to do it unless I do electric fans.
Should I adjust the temp table to show lower temps than what I'm seeing now to get a little gain? Or is that just moving the problem around (I think it is but figured I'd ask)
It's about 60 degrees here today and can forsee temp issues in the heat of summer.
Thanks,
730 SD, $8D S_AUJP

So long as you don't go too far over 90% VE on the top end, your fine.

The more you tinker with things to get something to look right, only means something else is further askew. So yes, your right, you'd just move the problem around.

While I'm tinkering

Thanks Grumpy,
The top end is just below 90 now so I'll keep going and hope it stays around there.
The air thing really opened my eyes to the temp under the hood.
I would have thought a 10-20 heat rise would be all but I'm definatly getting 130's continuously from the radiator.
Even on the highway it is consistently there.
Looks like electric and a turndown tube to grab some fresh air is going to be worth it.

Since I'm here I might as well throw this out there,
While working the VE tables and getting close now, my WOT is running exactly at the O2 crossover point !
I am having a hard time getting normal cruising to be this good.
Is it normal to be there? or am I missing something in the Super AUJP that is not dropping into open loop (I use that phrase LOOSELY!)
I thought WOT should be 11 or 12:1 for optimum power but it runs real strong at the current settings and is neither rich or lean when I'm stomping on it.
I'm pulling minimal knocks and a little timing from that but it recovers quickly.
I'm gonna go back over the settings and see what is happening (or not)
might shed some light.

maybe?

I think I'm chasing a ghost!
After adjusting the lower Ve table to appropriate values my BLM are real close to 128.
But on my datalogs I read rich when there is no correction being made.
Question:
Could my O2 have an offset to it?
I realize the accurracy issues with these as far as actual volts to content but what if my Bosch (I've heard) is just reading incorrectly. When I read lean (only at 2500 and below) I have plenty of power and very good drivability. After adjusting to get the 128's I've got stumble from off idle and some close stalling.
None of this occurred previously but was reading 150 on my BLM for these cells.
Question 2: Should I adjust the AFR in the bin lower and keep the values I used to get the 128's?
