I know it's been 20 years, but @Grumpy or others can you shed more on the Motorola Pink book? My attempts these decades later results in search results pull of pink Motorola Razr phone covers. 
I recently acquired a 1994 ZR-1, and have a sudden urge to try disassembling the $F0 program as a learning experience even though I already have the necessary ADX and BIN files to modify the tune.
