It will run. It will run rich (the ECM will correct for this), but it will run fine.

I ran 24 lb'ers with my stock 19lb PROM for about 8 months with no problems other than low BLMs.

In fact, a little "Mangus" trivia - this is the exact reason I got into PROM burning... I needed to change the injector constant. What did I get myself into?!

I think you've progressed a bit from just changing the injector constant! Actually, I bet you haven't spent all that much time actually tuning, seeing how much you've done with TunerPro!

Thanks!!!

so what would happen if I set the injector constant to 24lb/hr at which would be about 40 or so psi? I know it is only a 305 and that it doesn't need this big of an injector right now but later down the line when I go to a 383 it will need it, just didn't want to buy injectors twice. will the computer pull out some fuel if it knows they are bigger injectors and make it run less rich?
